How much our world has changed. It seemed like just yesterday, our biggest concern was budgeting for summer vacation. Today, even as we begin to “re-open” cautiously, our worries remain dire with the long term consequences unknown.

 


New bill aims to prevent insurers checking education levels, incomes

Specifically, the bill – sponsored by a New Jersey congresswoman – would prohibit certain income information from being used to set insurance rates. It is set to be discussed at a hearing with the House Financial Services Committee.
