Why do we collect personal information such as your name, address, email address, and phone number?
Your address determines the legislator(s) your communication, email, or tweet (“Communication”) will be sent to. Your name tells the recipient of your Communication who sent it. Your address tells the recipient that you live in his or her district. Your email address and phone number guard against duplicate Communications.
Information Collected
We collect information provided by you, the user, for the purpose of matching you to your elected officials and making such information available to any person with whom you choose to communicate.
Online Communications: If you agree to send an online Communication, you understand that such Communication is public information and that we may make the Communication, and your name, city, state, and any comments provided in connection therewith publicly available. In addition, we may provide such Communications or compilations thereof, including your comments, name, city, and state to national, state or local leaders, or to the press.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Citizens Untied Reciprocal Exchange ("CURE") through unjustcarInsurance.com collects information at different points on the unjustcarInsurance.com website. The main point at which we collect information is when users agree to send a Communication.
Sending a Communication: When you agree to send a Communication on our site, you will be asked for your name, city, state, zip code, and email address. You may also be asked for additional demographic information. Some of this information may be optional, but we encourage you to provide it as it will allow us to better customize your experience.
